We are looking for ways to scale our model and more widely improve employability and training of young Cambodians in entrepreneurship, business development, and tourism to help create and foster a sustainable tourism industry in Cambodia.

With a track record of training youth in transferrable skills in a cross-cultural context, Kinyei International is looking for partners, investors, agencies, and organisations that share in its mission of advancing opportunities for Cambodia youth to excel in meaningful career paths. Kinyei is looking to engage aligned partners in various parts of the value chain to make this mission more sustainable and scalable in the near future. In particular, we’re looking for:

• technical partners in sustainable tourism, vocational training or youth empowerment; interested in learning more about the Work Readiness Curriculum and if we could offer or support this kind of effort.
• scaling partners such as tour agencies, chains that have multiple locations, or educational institutions.
• funding to scale and access expertise, especially impact investing.
